Return Policy

Would you like to return an item?

Returning an item is no problem. Please read the steps below carefully to ensure your return meets our conditions. Returns are typically processed within 2–3 business days after we receive the package.

Return Conditions

  1. Return shipping costs, shipping, and the risk of return shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. (Keep the shipping receipt).
  2. The packaging of our jewelry must not be opened, and the seal must remain intact. Opened or worn jewelry will not be accepted for hygienic reasons.
  3. Your return must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Returns that arrive too late will not be accepted.
  4. The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Gift cards
    • Surprise box
    • Advent calendars / Advent Jewelry Box
    • Personalized jewelry
    • Inspiration sets purchased with a discount can only be returned as a complete set.

Shipping

  1. Return shipping costs, shipping, and the risk of return shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. (Keep the shipping receipt).
  2. Always include a note with your name and order number in your return package.
  3. Make sure your return is properly packed. The sender is solely responsible for ensuring proper packaging.
